Beşiktaş JK and Vodafone have signed a $145 million deal that includes naming rights to the club's new stadium (for 15 years) and jersey advertisements (for 5 years). The demolition of the old stadium began on June 2.

The former Croatia national team coach Slaven Bilić has agreed three-year Beşiktaş deal. The 44-year-old coach was in charge of Lokomotiv Moscow last season.
UEFA BANS BEŞİKTAŞ

UEFA have pronounced that Beşiktaş is not eligible to participate in the 2013-14 Europa League due to the match-fixing scandal in 2010-11 Turkish Cup final. UEFA have also banned the rivals Fenerbahçe from next two season's European competitions.

Beşiktaş JK president Fikret Orman won the election against Serdal Adalı. Mr. Orman had received 1762 votes more than his opponent. There were a total of 5940 electors.

The Beşiktaş board decided not to continue with coach Samet Aybaba next season. The 58 years old trainer was also a former captain of Beşiktaş.
